Weight Loss – How to Diet While Living a Busy Life

Everyone is busy nowadays and that is why more and more people are struggling with their weight. Life has turned into doing things that are quick and easy so you can keep going. How many times have you stopped at a fast food restaurant for lunch just because it was on the way, making it easy to do? Let’s take a closer look at how to diet and maintain a healthy lifestyle while living a busy life.

Tip #1: Avoid processed foods whenever possible
Processed foods are filled with salt, chemicals and sugars that are not good for your body. To avoid them at lunch time try preparing a salad to take with you. You can do this easily by buying a bag of premixed lettuce or salad mix at the store. Add veggies or fruits you like. Package it in a plastic container and add salad dressing when your ready to eat it. For dinner if you are cooking always make extra that can be frozen and reheated later in the week.

Tip #2: Preplan your snacks
Everyone loves to snack, but most people reach for a candy bar or a bag of chips. By preplanning your snacks such as placing celery sticks, carrot sticks or fruit into a sandwich bag. This will make it easier and quicker to grab a nutritional snack when you feel the need.

Tip #3: Increase your activity
If may not be possible to exercise every day but there are a few tricks you can do to increase your activity while still getting alone in your busy day. Instead of parking in the front row of the parking lot opt for a space further back. Instead of taking the elevator up a few flights opt to take the stairs. If you usually sit during your lunch take the few extra minutes you have left after eating to walk around the block.

Untold Secrets of a Quality Business Life Coach Exposed

As a business life coach I have discovered that creating any success for my clients all starts from within first, which I refer to as being your life master. Being your life master is about having total clarity of your goals and outcomes but in essence it is to create a life for yourself and create a life for others.

By asking these two self-exploration questions you will begin your journey on fulfilling this.

1 – What Will I Do To Add Value To My Life?

2 – What Will I Do To Add Value To Other Lives?

A quote by a great author Kenneth D. Foster below explains why it is so important of being your life master now:

Your Life cannot be repeated. It is now or never, so find out who you are, what your heart longs to achieve, and then sail away from safe harbors and explore your greatest dreams

Firstly, by being clear on YOU (what I refer to as your Significantly Special Being), is the start of creating a life for yourself. You want to seek firstly what truly fulfills you and understand the reasons why? Clients would ask my how and where do I start? What I always say to them is, by asking some self-exploration questions you will begin to discover what truly fulfills you such as:

– What do you believe your life is all about?
– What makes you unique?
– What are your greatest talents, skills and abilities?
– What would you be doing in your life if you know you absolutely could not fail?
– What is the greatest dream you can imagine accomplishing in your life?

As a great mentor and a very good friend Darren Stephens quotes:

“The ability to be successful on the inside first is what truly brings outer success, wealth and abundance to your Life”

Secondly, by having the compassion to help more people live an incredible life and be able to contribute to their lives will create unlimited success. This is very critical to becoming your Life Master and you will discover that besides your loving family, this is also what gives you true fulfillment. Now, to manifest this you want to seek firstly what truly fulfills others and really be able to understand how to help them in their unique way.

As what I always say: Seek First to Understand, to Contribute

In addition to this another Life Master who is a mentor of many and close friend Spike Humer once said:

“Once you know whats important to you and who is important to you, the key to success in business and in life is to learn what makes you both feel important and valued, then do it with all your might.”

I will have more sharing to come about Life Master and its components of Life Formula, Life Outcome and Life Accelerator. I truly hoped you have loved the brief introduction and discovered some the secrets of what a quality Business Coach can offer to your success and to your clients success in any offline or online businesses.

How to Make Time For Pets Despite the Busy Life

In our buzzing and busy life, where do we find time for our pets? Among all those hundreds and hundreds of people you see on the way to work are pets in their houses looking forward for them to return. These pets are eagerly and patiently waiting for their owners to get a little love from them. But how about those that have busy owners? Will they get the attention of their masters that they are very much looking forward to?

Losing time for pets is crucial to their health. It will lead to your pet’s deteriorating health and mood. Their boredom sometimes makes them eat less and eventually leads to the worst-their deaths. So what do we need to do in order to prevent these? How will we give them time despite our busy lives?

Daily Play Time Really Helps

It does not matter how little or how much you play with your pets on a daily basis, what matters is that you do play with them. A little scratch on the ear or a little pat on their heads may do. You can do this while giving them their food. Though ideally, at least an hour a day will surely make your pet content. Talking to them will also help in earning their trust and making them happy plus it makes them much more familiar to you.

Treat them with Treats

You can buy them treats so that when you are not around they will have something to do to release their boredom. Chew toys for dogs. Cage swings for birds. Scratch posts for cats. Know what your pet likes and give it to them. Do not be stingy, make their happiness your happiness too and when you see the look in your pet’s eyes and movements, you will realize that it was all worth it.

Make it a life-long duty

Pets are not objects that could easily be neglected once you’ve lost interest in them. They have lives, feelings, and needs that should be given attention to. Do not get a pet that you think you would one day give less interest to. Once doubt enters, do not get the pet. For it is not you, but your pet that will suffer the consequences of your stupidity and inconsistency. Once you promise to yourself to get one, you should save time for them no matter how busy your life gets. Treat them as family members and not as mere properties. Shower them your love, and they will give it back to you.
