For others, it might be to fit into an old pair of jeans that you have not been able to wear in a long time. 6. Plan Ahead For Healthy Meals- Eating healthy can be hard. Everywhere you go, there is fattening and unhealthy food right at your fingertips. The best way to make sure that you eat healthy is by planning your meals ahead of time. If you work, make your lunch in the morning or the night before so that you will not be tempted into going out to lunch and getting something to eat that you will regret.

Take on the challenge to start your own thing if you’re thinking of it, and enjoy the thrill and excitement while doing it. Remember you have nothing to lose!

Believe in You
Believe in your special gifts. Appreciate and explore your skills and ability and use your special gifts to reach out to others. In trying to reach out to others, we are not only getting support for ourselves but rendering help to others too. And what you will find is that you will attract like minded people.

Positive Attitude
Be enthusiastic. Convince yourself and influence people that you believe in what you are talking about. Your enthusiasm will rub off on others. It is also from something I learned from a basketball sporting legend, Michael Jordan, about perception. It really is a question of perception, in particularly our perception of things. When we go rock climbing for example, do we see the obstacles as a brick wall in front of us, or a mountain with many different paths to the top? Take each challenge positively and work towards solving it. Don’t be easily discourage; tell yourself that you can do it. As long as where happy, we can positively achieve anything we want.

Listen to others
I believe in respecting the thoughts of others as I believe there is always something that we can learn from someone else. So never say I know everything, just be ready to listen to others.

One of the important things any business owner must do is to put things in order. Prioritizing is the key to success. Knowing what to give the most importance to may take some creativity, but it must be done. Here are a few keys to help you take control over your business and get organized.

1. Create a file. I would suggest purchasing an expandable file that has slots and tabs for you to label things. This way, you can file things in order of importance and finally get certain daunting tasks done.

2.Label your files accordingly. Make a section for each project that you are working on so that when you come across something that belongs in that section, you can file it away and know where it is at.

3. Do high priority tasks first. Let’s face it, the things of most importance must be done first. High priority items may be the most tedious to perform, so the most allowable amount of time should be spent on seeing these tasks through to completion. For writers, formatting your book may be the most tedious task you may ever find yourself doing, but because it can be done, you should do it first.

4. Label tasks of less importance in order from least to highest priority. Maybe you still need to choose between writing that first draft of your business plan, or putting the finishing touches on that new article you’ve been working on. Whatever the case may be, you have to figure out which things MUST be done, and which ones could stand to wait a day or two. Do the things that must be done first, and the others once the high priority projects are done.
