The Most Easiest Secrets of Being “Focused” and “Disciplined” (Secrets of Your Business Life Coach)

A major contribution to my success, was during my early primary schools days and my early working days as a kitchen hand for a local Chinese Restaurant. On many hot summer occasions in the restaurant kitchen, I was washing dishes by hand. I would say to myself, why do this for $8 an hour? But, I must say with mum and dad not having enough money to buy all the things that I needed for school it really showed me that with focus and discipline I could achieve really anything I wanted. Even from the age of 8, I have always believed this similar believe within my school sports activities. To be really good at any sport I knew then that with continued daily practice I will be the best in the school. So I disciplined myself to practice every day and my dream of becoming the best boy athlete in my entire school was a reality 2 years later by the time I was in Grade 5 and Grade 6.

Manifesting your Life Master Entrepreneurial Spirit…

Fifteen years later, now a Business Life Coach, Melbourne Business Coach, Entrepreneur, Property Developer, Author and Internet Marketer, the same believes have grown and grown and now manifested my entrepreneurial spirit. Here are the four key beliefs for manifesting your Life Master Entrepreneurial Spirit:

Thrive on Challenges
Entrepreneurship is about having the guts to take on challenges. During my early entrepreneurial years, I would always asked, ‘why not?’ You have nothing to lose so start now. As the saying goes “The future is created by what you do today, not tomorrow”. Take on the challenge to start your own thing if you’re thinking of it, and enjoy the thrill and excitement while doing it. Remember you have nothing to lose!

Believe in You
Believe in your special gifts. Appreciate and explore your skills and ability and use your special gifts to reach out to others. In trying to reach out to others, we are not only getting support for ourselves but rendering help to others too. And what you will find is that you will attract like minded people.

Positive Attitude
Be enthusiastic. Convince yourself and influence people that you believe in what you are talking about. Your enthusiasm will rub off on others. It is also from something I learned from a basketball sporting legend, Michael Jordan, about perception. It really is a question of perception, in particularly our perception of things. When we go rock climbing for example, do we see the obstacles as a brick wall in front of us, or a mountain with many different paths to the top? Take each challenge positively and work towards solving it. Don’t be easily discourage; tell yourself that you can do it. As long as where happy, we can positively achieve anything we want.

Listen to others
I believe in respecting the thoughts of others as I believe there is always something that we can learn from someone else. So never say I know everything, just be ready to listen to others.

Processed foods are filled with salt, chemicals and sugars that are not good for your body. To avoid them at lunch time try preparing a salad to take with you. Everyone loves to snack, but most people reach for a candy bar or a bag of chips. By preplanning your snacks such as placing celery sticks, carrot sticks or fruit into a sandwich bag. This will make it easier and quicker to grab a nutritional snack when you feel the need.

Tip #3: Increase your activity
If may not be possible to exercise every day but there are a few tricks you can do to increase your activity while still getting alone in your busy day. How to Make Time For Pets Despite the Busy Life

In our buzzing and busy life, where do we find time for our pets? Among all those hundreds and hundreds of people you see on the way to work are pets in their houses looking forward for them to return. These pets are eagerly and patiently waiting for their owners to get a little love from them. But how about those that have busy owners? Will they get the attention of their masters that they are very much looking forward to?

Losing time for pets is crucial to their health. It will lead to your pet’s deteriorating health and mood. Their boredom sometimes makes them eat less and eventually leads to the worst-their deaths. So what do we need to do in order to prevent these? How will we give them time despite our busy lives?

Daily Play Time Really Helps

It does not matter how little or how much you play with your pets on a daily basis, what matters is that you do play with them. A little scratch on the ear or a little pat on their heads may do. You can do this while giving them their food. Though ideally, at least an hour a day will surely make your pet content. Talking to them will also help in earning their trust and making them happy plus it makes them much more familiar to you.

Treat them with Treats

You can buy them treats so that when you are not around they will have something to do to release their boredom. Chew toys for dogs. Cage swings for birds. Scratch posts for cats. Know what your pet likes and give it to them. Do not be stingy, make their happiness your happiness too and when you see the look in your pet’s eyes and movements, you will realize that it was all worth it.

Make it a life-long duty

Pets are not objects that could easily be neglected once you’ve lost interest in them. They have lives, feelings, and needs that should be given attention to. Do not get a pet that you think you would one day give less interest to. Once doubt enters, do not get the pet. For it is not you, but your pet that will suffer the consequences of your stupidity and inconsistency. Once you promise to yourself to get one, you should save time for them no matter how busy your life gets. Treat them as family members and not as mere properties. Shower them your love, and they will give it back to you.
